La Firma

An island, a partnership, a building that never opens. An investor arrives in Zanzibar with capital, patience and a habit of writing everything down — and discovers, over seven years, that the record he keeps so carefully is the one instrument that cannot protect him.

A noir about ambition, paperwork and slow dispossession, narrated from the far side of a gate that no longer opens.
